towel delaybreakfast monotony
the room service situation really tested my patience. i called for towels, but it was like i was asking for the moon. took them hours to arrive, and by then, i was practically air-drying. the breakfast could use a serious upgrade too. every day was the same old thing. i get that consistency is key, but some variety wouldn't hurt. i mean, come on, even the birds get a change of scenery.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were cute. My husband, baby, and I stayed for four days. The staff was kind and attentive. especially with our baby. The staff treated him with care and patience, they even gave him a free dinner, a thoughtful gesture.
The wifi connection wasn't strong. I kept losing connection every few minutes.

Our standard double room included a freezer, handy. The room was cleaned daily by staff. I had a lovely view i enjoyed in the evening when i could sit by the pool side and watch the colorful palm trees and flowers.

The resort is about fifteen minutes away from the airport. Taxi transportation is always available at the front park area. It made it easy to go anywhere around the city. The grounds have tall trees.

The buffet breakfast offered a lot of varieties of food. I saw fresh salad, fresh fruit juice, and many more options. The breakfast buffet has a solid range of food. I found it definitely worth including.

The resort has a nice swimming pool and lovely gardens. The pool area looked good. There are sun bathing chairs all sorts of activities from ping pong to football to darts. I also saw a pool bar open.

the gardens are beautiful with many trees. The pool area is also well-kept. i found a bar and a kitchen at the pool, perfect for snacks. i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the city.
organization by the staff could improve, particularly when requesting items for the room. i observed that the bathroom sink and shower weren't cleaned properly. this detail impacted my overall experience.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They could not do enough for you. they were very polite and always willing to assist with requests. the really good service enhanced my stay.
